the hotel's location was definitely a plus. it was close to senso-ji temple.

the room i was given smelled strongly of smoke. i requested a different room but my request was denied and they offered to deodorize the room, but it didn't help much i think the air conditioning filters were dirty.

the location was acceptable as it was close to temples and transportation.

The room was very small, and it was difficult to move around with our bags. the toilet was also small. The lid didn't even open fully. breakfast offered mostly salty dishes, and i noticed a lack of fresh products. there was also too much plastic.

The location is very convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby.

The room size was disappointing. It barely accommodated my luggage. The bathroom was small. The toilet seat hit the sink when lifted. I found this design quite impractical.

the staff was efficient and friendly i appreciated the smooth check in process there is also a printer available this was useful for printing my visa

the bathroom needed more cleaning the bath and walls needed scrubbing the carpets in the room were old also they were barely vacuumed reusable slippers were supplied i purchased my own for hygiene
